[National Education Day: Data is Knowledge, BPS OKU Timur Drives Progress!

Happy National Education Day, May 2nd, 2025! BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency commemorates this day as a reminder of the importance of education as the foundation for the nation's progress. In line with BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative), we are committed to providing accurate and relevant education data to enlighten the nation's life.

The education data presented by BPS serves as an important basis for the formulation of effective education policies. For example, BPS data records that Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency has 301 Elementary Schools (and equivalent), 136 Junior High Schools (and equivalent), 72 Senior High Schools (and equivalent), 35 Vocational High Schools (and equivalent), and 12 Higher Education Institutions (and equivalent) as of February 2025. This information assists the government and education stakeholders in evaluating and improving the quality of education.
