Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) of South Sumatra in February 2015 amounted to 97.64%, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in February 2015 experienced a decline compared to the base year of 2012. However, when compared to the previous month, the February 2015 NTP rose by 0 06 percent due to a decrease in the price index received by farmers is lower than the decline in the price index paid by farmers in general
