The total number of departures (embarkations) of commercial air transport passengers from South Sumatra in June 2021 was 66,024 people, an increase of 30.85 percent compared to May 2021 which was 50,458 people.

Abstract

Air Transportation
• The total number of departures (embarkations) of commercial air transport passengers from South Sumatra in June 2021 was 66,024 people, an increase of 30.85 percent compared to May 2021 which was 50,458 people.
• The total number of arrivals (debarkation) of commercial air transport passengers from South Sumatra in June 2021 was 60,116 people, or an increase of 26.12 percent compared to May 2021 which was 47,664 people.
• In June 2021 there will be no arrivals and departures of international commercial flight passengers to South Sumatra via Sultan Mahmud Badarudin Airport (SMB) II.

 Sea Transportation

• The number of ship visits at Boom Baru Port and Sungai Lumpur Port in June 2021 was 522 ship visits, consisting of 472 ship visits from within the country and 50 ship visits from abroad. Ship visits in June increased by 19.45 percent compared to May 2021, which was 437 visits.

• The total number of goods loaded at Boom Baru Port and Sungai Lumpur Port in June 2021 was 226,679 tons, an increase of 53.53 percent compared to May 2021 which was 147,649 tons.

• The total number of goods unloaded at Boom Baru Port and Sungai Lumpur Port in June 2021 was 227,152 tons, down 34.79 percent compared to May 2021 which was 124,757 tons.

 Land Transportation

• The number of train passengers departing in June 2021 was 27,833 people, an increase of 29.41 percent compared to May 2021 which was 21,508 people

In November 2021, the number of air passenger departures was 61,697 or up 38.45 percent compared to the previous month

The number of air transport passengers arriving at SMB II Airport in August 2020 amounted to 39,285 people, or an increase of 34.12 percent compared to July 2020 which was 29,290 people

In October 2021, the number of air passenger departures was 44,563 or an increase of 49.13 percent compared to the previous month

The number of air transport passengers arriving to Sumatera Selatan in April 2021 was 47,664 people
