Abstract

  • The number of foreign tourists visiting in South Sumatra through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang in November 2016 is 1,021 people. The number of foreign tourists coming to South Sumatra in November 2016 was down by 8.51 percent compared to October 2016.
  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in South Sumatera in November 2016 reached an average of 50.23 percent, down 9.03 points compared to the October 2016 hotel rent of 59.26 percent. Meanwhile, when observed according to the hotel classification, it turns out that in November 2016 TPK tlima star hotel reached 76.19 percent and is the highest hotel TPK compared to other star hotels class.
  • The average length of stay of foreign guests in November 2016 was 3.02 days increased by 0.38 days compared to the average length of stay of foreign guests in October 2016. While the average length of stay of domestic guests / Domestic on month November 2016 has experienced a call of 00.2 days compared to the average length of stay of October 2010 domestic guests.
