Abstract

1. Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) South Sumatra in November 2015 amounted to 96.30 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 still decreased compared to the base year of 2012. However, when compared to the previous month, NTP November 2015 relatively small increase of 0.06 percent due to an increase in the price index received by farmers is higher than the increase in the price index paid by farmers.
2. South Sumatra Agricultural Exchange (NTUP) in November 2015 amounted to 102.68 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 was better than the base year of 2012. Similarly, when compared to the previous month, NTUP November 2015 increased by 0.30 percent.

3. NTP Without the Fisheries Sector of South Sumatra in November 2015 amounted to 96.20 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 also decreased compared to the base year of 2012. But on the contrary when compared to the previous month, NTP without fisheries in November 2015 rose by 0.07 percent.

4. NTUP Without the Fisheries Sector of South Sumatra in November 2015 amounted to 102.64 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 was better than the base year of 2012. Similarly, when compared to the previous month, NTUP November 2015 experienced an increase of 0 , 32 percent.

5. Based on the FTT and NTUP sub-sector, in November 2015 the sub-sector experienced an increase compared to October 2015, namely the food crops sub-sector, and the horticultural crop sub-sector. fisheries sector. Furthermore, the NTP sub-sector experienced a decline while the NTPUP experienced an increase.

6. Rural inflation / deflation is indicated by changes in the price index of goods and services consumed by farm households. In November 2015, rural areas in South Sumatra experienced inflation of 0.46 percent. Almost all expenditure groups experienced inflation, except housing expenditure groups.
