[BPS OKU Timur Attends Simultaneous Corn Planting Event]

#DataFriends, today, BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) OKU Timur Regency attended the Simultaneous Corn Planting Event for Quarter III in the Perhutani Land, held in Negeri Ratu Village, Bunga Mayang Sub-district. The event, also attended by OKU Timur Resort Police, saw the presence of all elements of the OKU Timur Regency Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkompimda) and several regional government agencies (OPD) within OKU Timur Regency. The event continued with a Zoom meeting featuring the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, the Head of Commission IV of the Indonesian House of Representatives, the Minister of Agriculture, and other relevant agencies.

The event was attended by the Head of the Food Crops Team, Rillando Maranansha Noor, SE, and the Head of the Industry and PEK Team of BPS OKU Timur Regency, Yusra Yuriza, SE, MM. BPS's presence at this event demonstrates its commitment to supporting regional food security programs, particularly through the agricultural sector. This simultaneous corn planting is a collaborative effort between law enforcement and relevant agencies to increase agricultural productivity and farmer welfare in OKU Timur.
