Today (May 20th), BPS OKU Timur Regency held a Briefing for Special Production Balance Survey (SKNP) Officers for 2025 in the BPS OKU Timur Regency Headquarters room. The activity was officially opened by the Head of BPS OKU Timur Regency, Ir. H. Budiriyanto, M.A.P., who in his directive emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity, meticulousness, and the quality of data collected by survey officers in the field. He also reminded them that valid data is key to presenting accurate statistics to support regional development.
The technical briefing was delivered by Regional Instructor, Irvan Permana Bustami, S.Tr.Stat., who explained in detail the methods, indicators, and procedures for conducting the survey. Officers were equipped with in-depth understanding to be able to extract information well and address field challenges professionally.
The SKNP survey itself aims to obtain income and intermediate cost data from various business units, which serve as important supporting data for the calculation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of OKU Timur Regency. The results of this survey will form the foundation for measuring economic growth and formulating more targeted development policies.
