Today (May 6th), the Central Bureau of Statistics of OKU Timur Regency once again held an inspiring activity themed:

“Recording Social and Economic Phenomena” 💬📊

This Knowledge Sharing & Inspiration (CONSULTATION) session was presented by speakers from the NWAS Team at BPS OKU TIMUR Regency.

Through this session, employees shared knowledge and experiences in recording ever-changing socio-economic dynamics. Starting from changes in community behavior, the impact of digitalization, to local migration trends were discussed from a statistical perspective. 🔍🌐

Why is this important? Because accurately recording social and economic phenomena is very beneficial in calculating the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Quality data will produce a GRDP that represents the regional economic conditions more realistically and accurately. 📈📉

This CONSULTATION serves as a space to hone statistical sensitivity, strengthen understanding, and foster a spirit of innovation for better data that benefits development. 💡🙌
