[Weekly Evaluation Meeting]

On Monday, April 28, 2025, BPS OKU Timur Regency held a Weekly Evaluation Meeting attended by all staff and employees. This meeting was an important forum for coordination, performance evaluation, and future activity planning.

Several key points were discussed during the meeting, including:

1. Emphasis on the need to continuously update knowledge and understanding related to policies, methodologies, and the latest developments in the field of statistics. Internalizing this information is crucial so that every employee can carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.

2. Strengthening the understanding and application of the values of Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative (BerAKHLAK) in every aspect of work and interaction between employees. This aims to build a positive and professional work culture.

3. Comprehensive evaluation of performance achievements in the previous quarter, identification of successes, challenges, and necessary improvement steps.

4. In-depth discussion regarding the technical and administrative preparations for major activities in the Second Quarter, namely Village Potential (PODES), Intercensal Population Survey (SUPAS), and Integrated Household Business Economic Survey (Seruti). Good coordination is very important for the success of these activities.

5. Discussion on the benefits and implementation of clustering in analyzing data involving various sectors. This aims to generate more comprehensive and relevant information for policy making.

6. Socialization and explanation of the latest assessment system for selecting the Best Employee in the upcoming quarter. This system is expected to motivate employees to continuously improve their performance and contributions.

7. Presentation of reports from each statistical team regarding activities that have been carried out, progress achieved, and obstacles encountered.

This meeting is expected to enhance synergy, work effectiveness, and a sense of togetherness among all employees of BPS OKU Timur Regency.
