Socialization of the Desa Cantik Program and Identification of Village Needs for 2025

Today the Desa Cinta Statistik team, together with the leader Ir. H. Budiriyanto, MAP, carried out socialization activities for the Desa Cantik program and identification of village needs for 2025. This activity is an initial step of guidance after the designation of Sukaraja Village, Buay Madang as a Desa Cantik in OKU Timur in 2025.

This activity was officially opened by Assistant 1 of OKU Timur, Mr. Drs. Dwi Supriyanto, MM. In his speech, he conveyed that let us together repeat the success of the beautiful village program, where in 2022, Tanjung Raya Village became one of the top 4 best developing Desa Cantik nationally, in 2023 Tebat Jaya Village became one of the top 7 best beautiful villages at the provincial level, and again in 2024, Sidomulyo Village became one of the top 25 best beautiful villages at the national level. The event was also attended by the Head of Bappeda and Research and Development, Mr. Maryus Markus Firdaus, S.STP, the Head of Diskominfo, Mrs. Hj. Sri Suhartati, SE., MM, the Head of PMD, Mr. Ahmad Yasir, SIP., MM, and Mr. Hendri Nursandi, S.Sos.

The village government is very enthusiastic and happy to have been entrusted with representing this year's Desa Cantik program, said the Head of Sukaraja Village, Mr. Ahmat Syaikodin. He also stated that village officials, PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members, youth organizations, and other community elements are ready to make this activity a success. Furthermore, the Acting Head of Buay Madang Subdistrict, Mrs. Puspa Rini Anggraini, SIP, was also directly present from the subdistrict.

The event concluded with the signing of a joint commitment by the Village Government, Subdistrict, Region, and BPS of OKU Timur Regency. This demonstrates that all sectors are ready to ensure the success of the 2025 Desa Cantik Program in OKU Timur Regency.
