SiApel BPS OKU Timur Regency

On Monday, February 5, 2024, BPS OKU Timur Regency held another SiApel activity. SiApel is a part of the innovation for change towards an office that upholds the Integrity Zone in Bureaucratic Reform at BPS OKU Timur Regency.

This SiApel was led by Irvan Permana Bustami S.Tr.Stat with Yuni Purnita S.ST as the facilitator.

The agenda of the SiApel activity included a briefing on problems, evaluations, or urgent work-related information that needed to be conveyed to all employees. Each technical team leader delivered the information through a provided link.

After the briefing, the SiApel activity continued with the reading of the Quote of the Week selected by the Change Ambassador of BPS OKU Timur Regency. This time, the chosen quote was from Agustina Purnamadewi S.ST, which reads: "The best human being is one who is beneficial to others. No matter what our circumstances are, let us continue to spread benefits to others."

It is hoped that this SiApel activity can build work discipline, improve work enthusiasm, foster a sense of togetherness and family, and convey important information to employees as well as evaluations that can be known by each employee.
